Eligible Refund Cases

  • Duplicate payment made accidentally
  • License key was not delivered successfully
  • Technical activation failure caused directly by our licensing servers
  • Purchase charged but no valid license received

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • System incompatibility already mentioned on the website
  • User dissatisfaction after successful activation
  • Failure to read feature descriptions before purchasing
  • Trial abuse attempts or policy violations
  • Expired plans
  • Partial usage of subscription/license duration

Trial Availability

We provide a free 3-day trial so users can evaluate the software before purchasing any paid license. Because of this, paid licenses are generally considered final after activation.

Fraud & Abuse Protection

CleanMaster Pro uses secure cloud licensing, hardware verification, and anti-abuse systems. Any attempt to bypass, manipulate, share, or abuse licenses may result in:

  • Permanent suspension
  • Blacklist of hardware IDs
  • Termination of access without refund

Refund Request Window

Valid refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
