Propel Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Propel ("Propel," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Propel website (cleanmasterpro.in), the Propel Windows desktop application, cloud authentication systems, and related software services.
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Please read these Terms carefully before downloading, installing, registering for, or using Propel. By accessing the website, creating an account, downloading the desktop installer, or launching the desktop application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately refrain from accessing the website, creating an account, or installing and using the Propel desktop software.
2. Description of Propel Service
Propel is a specialized utility designed for personal computers running compatible 64-bit editions of Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11. The service comprises the downloadable desktop client, cloud-linked single sign-on (SSO) authentication, real-time memory management tools, system cache cleanup features, and cloud plan entitlement synchronization.
Important Performance Disclaimer: Propel assists users in managing operating system working sets, purging non-essential cache files, and monitoring system telemetry. Propel does not guarantee specific frames-per-second (FPS) increases, benchmark scores, or uniform performance improvements. Actual system responsiveness and memory recovery vary substantially based on individual hardware configurations, installed third-party software, operating system patch levels, and background workloads.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction of residence, to create an account or purchase a paid subscription. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may use Propel only with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
By using Propel, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal authority and capacity to enter into these Terms and comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
4. User Accounts & Registration
To access certain features of the desktop application and manage your plan, you must register for a Propel account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information;
- Maintain a valid, accessible email address associated with your account;
- Promptly update your account details in the event of any changes;
- Register only one personal account per individual user.
Creating automated, disposable, or duplicate accounts to circumvent plan restrictions, trial limitations, or security measures is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. Account Security & Credentials
You are exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities, actions, and transactions that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose, share, resell, rent, lease, or transfer your account credentials or access privileges to any third party.
You agree to notify Propel immediately at contact@cleanmasterpro.in upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or suspected security breach relating to your account. Propel will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
6. Free Trial Policy
Newly registered accounts that successfully complete email verification are granted a complimentary 7-day PRO trial. The free trial is designed to allow you to evaluate the software's compatibility and features on your hardware prior to committing to a paid plan.
- The free trial provides full evaluation access to PRO optimization tools for 7 consecutive days (168 hours) from activation;
- Upon trial expiration, your account will automatically revert to the FREE plan unless you choose to purchase an upgrade;
- You will not be automatically charged upon trial conclusion unless you proactively select and purchase a paid plan;
- Free trials are limited to one per user, device, and household. Propel reserves the right to restrict, revoke, or terminate trial access if abuse or automated creation of duplicate accounts is detected.
7. Subscription Plans & Tiers
Propel offers different entitlement tiers, including FREE, PRO, and MAX plans. The specific features, workstation slot allowances, optimization algorithms, and support levels available under each tier are set forth on our official Pricing page.
Propel reserves the right to modify the features, specifications, and availability of plan tiers from time to time. Any material changes to paid tier feature sets will be communicated in advance via the website or your registered email address.
8. Billing, Payments & Invoicing
Paid subscriptions and upgrades are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, or as fixed-term passes, as specified during checkout. Payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay).
- You authorize Propel and our payment partners to charge your designated payment method for all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and transaction charges;
- Propel does not store raw credit card details or complete banking credentials on its servers; all payment transactions are handled directly by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors;
- If a recurring payment fails, we may suspend your paid entitlements until a valid payment is successfully processed;
- Prices are subject to change upon reasonable prior notice, which will apply only to subsequent billing cycles.
9. Cancellation & Plan Changes
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly through the Propel web dashboard or account settings. Cancellation will prevent any future automatic renewal charges.
Following cancellation, your paid plan entitlements will remain active until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for previously billed periods.
10. Refund Policy Reference
All purchases, refund eligibility criteria, processing windows, and non-refundable circumstances are governed strictly by Propel's standalone Refund Policy, which is hereby incorporated into and forms an integral part of these Terms.
11. Desktop Software License
Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, Propel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and run the object code version of the Propel Windows desktop application solely on compatible personal computers that you own or control, up to the maximum workstation limit authorized by your plan tier.
This license does not convey any ownership rights in the software. All titles, trademarks, source code, designs, and intellectual property rights in and to Propel remain exclusively with Propel and its licensors.
12. Software Updates & Auto-Updates
The desktop application incorporates an automated update feature that periodically checks for software releases, delta patches, and critical security fixes. You acknowledge and agree that Propel may automatically download and install updates to maintain compatibility, stability, and security without requiring additional notice or manual intervention.
13. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
You agree to use Propel solely for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You specifically agree that you will NOT, under any circumstances:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code of the desktop application or backend APIs;
- Modify, adapt, tamper with, patch, translate, or create derivative works of any Propel executable, binary, or configuration file;
- Circumvent, disable, bypass, or tamper with any authentication mechanism, cryptographic token, licensing verification, or trial protection system;
- Share, distribute, mirror, repackage, redistribute, or sublicense Propel binaries on third-party websites or torrent networks;
- Use automated bots, scripts, scrapers, or crawlers to access, probe, or abuse Propel backend infrastructure or endpoints;
- Use Propel to interfere with or damage any operating system, network, or third-party computer system.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Propel service, including without limitation the website, desktop client, brand names, trademarks, logos, visual designs, user interfaces, code libraries, audio/visual elements, and written documentation, are the sole and exclusive property of Propel and its licensors, protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, copyright marks, or trademarks affixed to or contained within the software.
15. Third-Party Services
Propel integrates with trusted third-party service providers (such as Supabase for identity management and Razorpay for payment processing). Your interactions with third-party services are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Propel does not control and is not liable for the independent acts or omissions of any third-party provider.
16. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to maintain reliable availability of our website and cloud authentication systems. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, hardware failures, telecommunication interruptions, or third-party cloud outages may temporarily impact service availability.
We reserve the right to alter, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any feature or component of Propel at our discretion, with reasonable prior notice provided when practicable.
17. Disclaimers of Warranties
PROPEL IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, PROPEL AND ITS AFFILIATES, DEVELOPERS, AND SUPPLIERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that Propel will satisfy your specific computing requirements, achieve error-free operation, prevent all operating system crashes, or ensure compatibility with every third-party application or driver installed on your computer.
18. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROPEL, ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, HARDWARE MALFUNCTION, OPERATING SYSTEM INSTABILITY, THIRD-PARTY CONFLICTS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE PROPEL.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO PROPEL IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($50.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
19. Suspension & Termination
Propel reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and revoke your software license, without prior notice or refund, if:
- You breach any material term or condition of these Terms;
- We detect fraudulent activity, trial manipulation, or unauthorized credential sharing;
- Your account is engaged in security abuse, denial-of-service attempts, or reverse engineering;
- We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or legal authority.
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease, and you must promptly uninstall and delete all copies of the Propel desktop software from your computers.
20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of [LEGAL JURISDICTION / GOVERNING JURISDICTION], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and Propel agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy informally by contacting support at contact@cleanmasterpro.in. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of [LEGAL JURISDICTION / GOVERNING JURISDICTION].
21. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When modifications occur, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Propel desktop software, website, or account services following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your full acceptance of the modifications.
